Auction Information
In compliance with the due process established by MS Statue found in Sections 85-7-121 to 85-7-129 public auction of the contents of delinquent units are held periodically at our facility. 

JDL Auctions LLC provides the auctioneer for the auctions.
The Auctions are advertized in the SunHerald 14 days prior to the auction.
Customers can redeem units at any point before the contents are removed or the unit is rented by auction buyer

The general public is invited to our auctions.

Bidders are encouraged to arrive 15 minutes early to sign-in for the auction and receive a bidder number. 

Each bidder is allowed to look at the contents of each unit before the bidding begins by standing in the doorway of the unit. 

Bidders  bid on the entire unit and must agree to vacate all contents of the unit within 24 hours or  to rent the unit until it can be vacated. 

The buyer is responsible for the removal of all the unit's contents. 
NO DUMPSTER IS PROVIDED.
  Buyers must be prepared to pay cash.

Auctions are held only if the units advertized are not redeemend by the storage tenant prior to the day of the auction.   

Bidders are encouraged to call 228-864-9730 the morning of the auction to verify that the auction is still scheduled.

Bidders are encouraged to wear comfortable shoes. 
Our facility is located on 17 acres.
