We have a fenced facility with access controlled by electric gates. These operate 24 hours a day.
We have office hours six days a week and we don't close during the lunch hour. Even on Sundays when the office is closed, a representative will be on the properpty at least twice. When we're not in the office an answering service will take your call.
The owners are particularly concerned about the cleanliness of the facility. They are not just checking in a few times a month...they're here working. You probably won't find them in the air conditioned office, but out on the property itself. We have listened to our customers over the years and have added the following to accomodate requests:

Pay by telephone with a credit or debit card.
2)We have a toll free number for customers to use.
4)We will process automatic payments using your credit/debit card---no extra charge.
5)We will process automatic payments debiting your checking account---at no extra charge.
6)We charge only for the days you have your lock on the unit and our minimum rental is 2-weeks.
7)We' sell locks, boxes, tape, bubble wrap and packing paper in our office.
